Idiosyncrasies: smokes a pipe seldomly but sometimes when in deep thought, obsessed with the idea that man has had a scientific apex that's been lost through time

Bio:
Born in Dulce, New Mexico to a fairly average family, the product of a Russian/American romance Vlad enjoyed a few years of serenity before his father was carted off on trumped up charges of being a communist during the last years of McCarthyism. As a result his mother died a young and lonely woman and he hasn't seen his father since. He grew up exploring the ruins of various tribes in the area (Anasazi, etc.) and began his love of the ancient and mystical ways of the people here before us. He had an Average experience in HS, graduated (about this time his mother died) and decided to attend UNLV. He finished 27th in his class but first in his field of study with a long letter of recommendation from the head of the department to prove it. He took two years off to study the ancient ruins in Peru and was totally obsessed with the origins of the Nazca lines until the time he left. Upon his return to the states through FOIA he found some fascinating declassified files (not X obviously) that lead him to believe that to find the answers he desired the FBI was the place to start. He applied and to his surprise was
accepted. He did extremely well academically 4th in that respect in his class above average in physical Dept but didn't work well with figures of authority due to his self righteous tendencies (his roommate nicknamed
him Serpico (after the self righteous trouble making cop of the 60's -70's) and by the following Monday the whole class followed suit) so fresh out of Quantico and looking for assignment Vladimir Tchikov stepped off a train in Washington DC.
